Born 1957 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, 1983. Licensed to practice law in Texas and Oklahoma. Admitted to practice law in the following United States Federal courts: Northern District of Texas; Eastern, Western and Northern District Courts of Oklahoma; 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United State’s Supreme Court. Practice emphasis in the areas of
